Everyday Product Essentials

At my core, I love to buy things. Some work out and some don't. These are the things that I refuse to ever live without again. They will always be on the re-order list.

1. Vital Proteins Collagen Powder

I have talked about this one before and will continue to sing its praises. I add this to my coffee every single morning. It helps jumpstart the morning and helps me reach my daily protein goal.

2. Mary Ruth's Organic Liposomal Multivitamin

I've done extensive research on supplements and tried multiple different multivitamins. The Mary Ruth's Organic Liposomal Multivitamin is by far the best I've tried. I can very much feel a difference after taking it for a couple weeks. My nails are stronger, I sleep better, and overall I just feel better.

3. liveconscious OmegaWell

As I said earlier, I have done extensive research on supplements and tried several. Omega 3's are crucial and I don't particularly like fish or eat it all that often so I have to supplement with a FishOil pill. This brand has a good amount of both DHA and EPA that are easily absorbed. I like the liveconscious brand overall and have tried several of their products that I really like.

4. COSRX Snail Mucin

Another one that I have talked about before and will continue to repurchase and scream about. I can't get enough of this. A little goes a long way, it isn't expensive, and it really makes a difference in my skin.

5. Naturitum moisturizer

Clearly, I really love some products and just won't shut up about them. The Naturitum Multi-Peptide moisturizer stays on the list (and the repurchase list.)

6. Olaplex No. 7 Bonding Oil

I have used Olaplex products in the past and just felt so-so about them. However, the No. 7 bonding oil is by far my most favorite hair oil I have ever tried. A little goes a long way so this little bottle really lasts a long time. A few drops on the middle-ends of my hair and I get compliments all day long.

7. Hey Girl It's bedtime Sleep Tea

Sleep has been a struggle for me the last several years. Between anxiety, night shift, and just life, I really have trouble getting good sleep. I've tried several different sleep teas (sleepytime teddy bear doesn't do much but it's a comfort tea) and this HeyGirl tea really calms me down before bed. It tastes good and after about 45 min I start to noticeably calm down.

8. Magnesium Glycinate

Sleep Tea with Magnesium Glycinate at night is a knockout combo for me. I've tested several and the Innate Vitality Chelated version wins. It has a high amount per serving and is easily absorbed.

9. LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

This lip mask has gone viral for a reason. Chapped, dry lips have always been a struggle for me. I put this on at night and I wake up with soft, moisturized lips.

10. Brown Noise Sound Machine

Last but certainly not least, is my beloved brown noise sound machine. I have perfected my sleeping routine and I CAN'T sleep without my brown noise. What I like about this one is that I can change the noise if I feel like and control how loud/intense it is. I have my timer set to infinite but there are different time options. The light ring can be turned on or off.

Through trial and error, all of these products contribute to me feeling like my best self every day. I consistently repurchase them and sing their praises to anyone that will listed.
